MOHAWK.
Originally, this logo belongs to 'MOHAWK'. This walk-in customer wants to remain the logo and change the name 'MOHAWK' to some store name he wants. By the way, the background of this sticker is empty at first, and the cutomer requires to add a white sticker background at back.
